"Propagation"

Encountering many in my travels
Not limited to any one season
Like minded others trying to survive
All of them for the same reason
To carry on for their own species
Their own continue
To prosper and live
There is no greater bestowment
That we can give
Valuable days teaching lessons
Taking good times with the bad
The many seasons go by so quickly
Until there is all that can be had
We expire in due time
Leaving a legacy behind
To carry on for the sake of the species
